Tasty treats – savour the sustainability of the Siegerland region
Our restaurant on the hotel’s basement level puts fresh, regional produce front and centre. This is where we serve our guests breakfast, lunch and light meals in the evening consisting of local Siegerland fare. The restaurant has capacity to seat 72 guests, plus a further 82 patrons on the adjacent covered terrace.

We have been awarded the Green Table certificate in recognition of our sustainability philosophy. So you can rest assured that all the dishes we serve up have been prepared with produce from local farmers. In line with our motto ‘Basic, but the best’, we devote our energies to acting responsibly towards food and the natural surroundings where it’s produced. We’re sure you’ll be able to taste it too.
