Your tasks:

• Warm welcome and care for our guests
• Support for guests with questions and concerns
• Acceptance and processing of reservations
• Management of the check-in and check-out process
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth process
• Support with administrative tasks and preparation of invoices

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as a hotel specialist or at least 5 years of professional experience at a hotel reception desk
• Enjoy dealing with people and have a friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Reliability and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of German and English, further language skills are welcome
