Your tasks:

• Organization and control of daily kitchen processes.
• Preparation of food for à la carte, buffet and banquet service.
• Developing new dishes and menus – your creativity is needed!
• Optimization of processes to increase efficiency in the kitchen.
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene specifications in accordance with HACCP.
• Responsibility for cleanliness and order in the kitchen area.
• Ordering, receiving and quality control of goods.
• Induction and support for new team members.

What you should bring with you:

• Completed training as a chef or comparable professional experience.
• Structured way of working, ability to work in a team and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of German (we offer language courses if required).
• International degrees and professional experience are welcome.
